Hallandale Beach Condos
Hallandale Beach is Broward's southern gateway — a compact beach city wedged between Golden Beach and Hollywood, where South Ocean Drive stacks a continuous row of oceanfront towers from the Beach Club trio and The Hemispheres to the boutique 2000 Ocean, and the Three Islands community (Olympus, Anchor Bay, Duo) fills the Intracoastal side. Gulfstream Park's racing, casino and shops anchor the neighborhood inland, minutes from Aventura Mall.

Living in Hallandale Beach
Hallandale Beach is the working engine of South Florida's beach-condo market — a compact city at Broward's southern edge where South Ocean Drive carries an unbroken row of towers between the Atlantic and the Intracoastal. It grew up as a snowbird capital in the 1960s and has been quietly repricing ever since, pulled upward by Golden Beach's estates to the south, Aventura's malls and offices to the west, and new construction arriving on its own sand.
The oceanfront row tells the market's whole history in a half mile: The Hemispheres' four-tower 1968 resort community, Imperial Towers, La Mer's garden estate, Parker Plaza and Prince George from the classic era; the Beach Club trio and Duo from the 2000s boom; and 2000 Ocean's 64 half-floor residences setting the modern ceiling. South of the city line, the Parker trio continues — Parker Dorado, Parker Tower and The Clifton — while the Three Islands district fills the Intracoastal with Olympus, Anchor Bay Club and Beachwalk's resort tower.
Buyers come to Hallandale for arithmetic that no longer exists elsewhere on this coast: direct-oceanfront residences from the $200Ks, big 1960s floor plans behind recertified structures, and a location that borrows Aventura's shopping, Gulfstream's entertainment and Miami's job market without their price tags.
